href=\"https:\/\/phenomaize.rs\/?page_id=2885\"><strong>Pheno_MaiE Project<\/strong><\/a> entitled &#8220;High-throughput field phenotyping in temperate maize <span class=\"im\">hybrid breeding: how can phenomics improve speed and accuracy of <\/span>selection?&#8221; (PHENO_MaizE) is among the 97 studies approved for funding by the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/fondzanauku.gov.rs\/2023\/10\/prisma-program-97-projects- approved-for-funding\/?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia<\/a><\/strong>, through the Prisma program.<br \/><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/eng.mrizp.rs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Maize Research Institute Zemun Polje (MRIZP)<\/a><\/strong> is the project coordinator with a dedicated team of six researchers, and an external collaborator from <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.poljinos.hr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Agriculture Institute Osijek<\/a><\/strong>. PHENO_MaizE project will explore the use of drone-based imaging in temperate hybrid maize breeding programs.<\/p><p>By investigating drone-based imaging technologies, PHENO_MaizE aims to modernize traditional methods and improve maize breeding programs&#8217; efficiency.
