Senior research associate at the MRIZP Plant Breeding Department with more than 15 years of experience in maize breeding. P1 is the Head of the Technology Transfer Department. His research activities at MRIZP are focused on the development of late-maturing maize hybrids for temperate growing areas as well as the introduction of modern germplasm in MRIZP maize breeding programs. 

Jovan Pavlov is author/co-author of 13 publications in international journals, and 27 maize hybrids released in Serbia and abroad.
