Senior research associate at the MRIZP Plant Breeding Department. P2 is a maize breeder with more than ten years of experience in this research field with a strong background in statistics and biometrics. His focus is on the development of early to late-maturing maize hybrids for the temperate growing area.

Nikola Grčić has authored/coauthored close to 14 publications in international journals and more than 30 maize hybrids released in Serbia and abroad.
