Enhancing maize performance through precision phenotyping

VII Congress of the Serbian Genetic Society – Presentation of PHENO_MaizE project

At the VII Congress of the Serbian Genetic Society, our team member, Dr. Aleksandar Kovačević, presented the PHENO_MaizE project in his talk titled “PHENO_MaizE Project: UAV-Driven High-Throughput Phenotyping for Enhanced Maize Breeding.” Dr. Kovačević highlighted the project’s objectives, methodology, and overall concept, while also sharing the latest results and achievements.

The presentation was well-received by researchers and practitioners alike, sparking productive discussions. The team is enthusiastic about the future impact of the PHENO_MaizE project and looks forward to continued progress in this cutting-edge research.

The Congress of the Serbian Genetic Society, held every five years, gathers leading Serbian and international experts in genetics, providing a valuable platform for sharing novel ideas and advancements in the field.
